Quality professional club facility housed within a classic Georgian town house. Offering an ideal place for the members and guests to eat, drink, meet or stay in central London, whether for business or pleasure. Situated in the heart of Mayfair between Berkeley Square and Park Lane.

KM Services sought to help bring heating and other services up to the same high standards experienced in the restaurant and accommodation in this fine club. After considering various options a significant investment was agreed. The plant was upgraded and replaced with modern gas fired units along with a greatly improved control system.

The new system offers a faster response to climatic change, and the reliability that would be expected by such a facility.  This was all achieved by careful design and appropriate specifications. This is now providing energy savings and other associated cost reductions.
